Tatyssou Chelsea & I (Playlist Shawn) have a problem with a quest:
We have to cut roots (top & bot of the area). But nothing is loading when we approach the roots. We tried to disconnect, abandon the quest & retry etc. If we can’t cut roots, we can’t go to the next step, a boss I guess, right?
A screen (can’t put another, I’m new on the forum):
Please help us asap 
when you arrive there you must see cut scene for fighting a boss and while or after defeating the boss you can attack the root
some times the boss triggers up the road instead of close to the root…
try going back and forward between bosses and see if you can trigger it and see the boss…
Yes, but as you can see, we have no scene… 
And we road around the whole map a few times, no boss is there.
Maybe changing channel could fix this problem ?
i did this quest again today in my new char
you must have blue flag on the root and when you click on the root the boss will come
try the 2nd root then back to this root
i always do the 2nd one first
Edit : maybe your level ? your level is too low for the map (from the photo it’s 42)
the map is 64 = at last you need 54 for the map
the root is subquest = not the way for your quest, it is a quest on it’s own
so you need to level up to get the quest from the root
The level is not the problem in my opinion, because “54” is just the recommanded level and not the required level. And we did all others quest without problem.
By the way, we tried both roots area, and nothing happen.
When we’re approaching the root, the mouse turns into a bubble, like when you can make the space key (except that nothing happens, no bump, and no possibility to talk or do anything).
We’ll try today again, but it seems like a big bug

Quest is lvl 64, you must be 54 to do it.
You’re right. I missed something : required 54, recommanded 64. And not recommanded 54
