Quest about advancement krivis rank 1 in Orsha city, blessings of the Goddesses, is bugged, because, when i kill the monsters my torch gem isn’t change to flame jewel and i can’t complete the quest.
Help please!!

If I remember correctly, after you defeat the monsters you need to return to the Krivis Submaster in Orsha and use the gem there.
I logged in via google+ JUST to comment.
If you killed monsters north exit you won’t be granted the quest; I know because I abandoned it twice doing the same thing.
3rd time I killed monsters south Orsha exit and got all quest prompts. it worked.
additional info:
- not sure if bug or intended as I’ve never played ToS until today in anyway.
I freaking wasted 20-30 mins so hopefully this helped - killing the noob monsters with the northern Orsha exit fills the 0/100 faster but no quest prompts.

Yes, but my gem isn’t change to jewel after i defeat the monsters.
