[BUG] Perspective Distortion SP drain when Attacked

Bug Description : When using Perspective distortion and being attacked by monsters, the skill cancels but continues to drain SP until the value reaches 0, Sitting, attacking, moving, and even basic functions are disabled as well, leaving you helpless until your SP reaches 0.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Gather Mobs of monsters towards you.
  2. Activate Perspective distortion.
  3. When you are attacked skill will cancel, but continue to drain SP.
  4. Cry because you took scout instead of something useful because split arrow is also bugged and nothing is being done about that either. Thanks IMC.

That is a bug, but i think it is related to lag in the server side, i have that with Possession sometimes, to cancel it you have to attack with basic attacks, at least for me that is the way it work, or sometimes, by jumping around.

All of my functions are disabled, I cant jump, attack sit or use any skills.

Sadhu and Scout aren’t very forgiving classes to play, they require multiple circles and strategy and skill to play effectively, its a real shame that signature moves like Split arrow Perspective, and possession are bugged for whatever reason and do not work. Those skills are the main reason to take the class!! Really Sad to see and unfortunate.

Problem sometimes happens with psychic pressure as well. I would also like to mention that the skill description for distortion is kind of missing a % sign, last I checked. I can safely say I would prefer the 3 sp per second cost over the 3% version.

The temporary fix is:
When you get stuck, just use another channeling skill and cancel it or wait until the cd ended to reuse the skill again.
You will see your char is doing another channeling(charge bar running) but actually it’s not attacking(sp is not reducing and cd not counting down).

Example, get stuck when using psychic pressure.
Use “Gravity Pole”, your character will begin to throw the light but actually nothing will happen.
You just cancel the gravity pole(let go the button and jump) and you can freely do anything again.
Your Gravity Pole will remained unused while Psychic Pressure is counting cd.
