Looks like a anti bot system i can live with it

This always happen when you get overstuffed. Hope it doesn’t raise risk of getting banned because of false reports lol.

this happens when i have one thing called LAG =( … but i going to SA server o/ bye lag , bye bug

Anti speed/teleport hack working as intended. Except for the part were legitimate actions, like being teleported and thrown around by your party members quests are considered as “to fast”.
