Bug in tp bundle server silute dont buy them

My tp bundle not recharge
Even i tried thousands times
We have a great update but a important bug has tp bundle is not fix it? Gosh pls
3 ticket wirt a auto message saying "wait"
And not say to me how long i have to wait

Sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

We’re communicating with Valve to see what may be causing this sudden increase in un-received goods since it appears that the servers were affected after Valve’s servers were unstable during the Christmas weekend.

how i can explain that i received my tp bundle
but when i click in tp button beside the map
in window he is there but i can use it
i click in use i confirme with “yes” button but nothing happens

the bundle is here but i can use it understand even i tried thousand times, reloged whatever
i can use them
i purchase 2 bundles one with 300 and another with 100
100tp bundle work fine i clicked to use confirmed with yes and bang! my 100tp recharge normally but the 300tp bundle i click confirm thousand time and nothing happens

We have all records of purchases etc so you won’t have to worry about that but, while I can’t go into too much detail, we suspect that some information packets have become corrupted and that’s why some products are okay while others are not.

We’re communicating with Valve to get this issue sorted. Also, if you choose to submit any tickets, please remember to submit TP/DLC related tickets under the ‘Payment’ category.

FINALLY reloaded I followed the advice of a friend and tried to reinstall the game and now loaded normally
Probably was what he said a bug in the game UI
And the reinstallation fixed everything
