[BUG IN QUEST] Seal of the Royal Family (4)

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Ramstis Ridge

Bug Description :
I took the Seal of the Royal Family (4) quest with a party who was able to enter the Sanctum and finish the quest however, I was unable to enter the Sanctum to finish the quest since no green arrow is being displayed. I have tried the following to no avail:

  1. Changing channels
  2. Verifying game files
  3. Abadoning the quest and taking it again

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start quest by talking to Gustas Jonas
  2. Go near the entrance of the Sanctum
  3. Unable to enter Sanctum because no “Green Arrow” is displayed

My friend, (the topic poster) had to remake his character from scratch because IMC support had no other reply but “check your internet connection speed” when the bug is clearly in the game itself. Good luck people. This bug wont be fixed any time soon. Its either remake your character now or wait for a year for the quest to be fixed.

I’ve read that the bug existed since CBT 2 and it still hasn’t been addressed.
