Bug in Market (Tells me i need to wait 2 years tu use it, pls read)

Date and Time : 16/06/16 ; 18/06/16 when i tried to use

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Market Manager Logi in Klaipeda in server of Europe: Fedimian

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Wanted to buy stuff from market (weapons and armor), was about lvl30 and i saw the notice that i had to be lvl40 so i went training but even then it told me that i needed to wait until 16-06-18 10:12.
  2. Back in lvl40 i went to use and it still told me i had to wait TWO years just to use the market and buy stuff, dont know what is the problem, my secondary character Argony Sandlores (Main: Sando Sandlores) also has the same problem.

I have almost the same bug, can’t buy anything from the market and it says it’ll be available on the 21st of June.

Luckily for me it’s only 7 days and not that long. Still really annoying since you should still be able to buy from the market, just not sell or trade for 72 hours.

Submit a ticket and ask for them to solve this. Already submitted two (got an automated response linking to a thread that said you still should be able to buy from market) for the first ticket and then another saying they’ll forward this to the development.

Click the Support tab on the top right of this page right next to the Forums. There’s a link for Submit Ticket (has a picture of a paper aeroplane)

thank you just in case i will do it but i just went to try once more in the game and normally i use the 3 first channels but now i tried the 15 channel and it worked, there was no bug.
I dont know if this bug only works on some channels or what but thanks for your help.

Really wish mine would be so simple to fix… Tried every channel and both merchants in Klaipeda and Orsha.

So, you’re reading the date format wrong.

It was telling you you needed to wait until 2016-06-18 10:22.

Which was today. About half an hour before the message I’m replying to right now was posted.

YY-MM-DD.

haha yeah i got it, my contry hour is different from the one used from the game so while reight now its late night the hour of the game is morning, but thanks for the advices.
