I was playing in the Gemstone normally until I started getting damage without stopping. the damage came from no opponent, just hit my character

That is a feature of certain infamous software. I’ve seen some people using that in hunting grounds.

What was that debuff on the side?

Same icon as the Velco Destroy Magic Circles debuff.

Gonna guess it’s an exploiter using Velco’s skills like someone on Klaipeda was last weekend (summoning Velcoffaners in town).
