I got my dye ( from godness lana present) and used , but my hair didn’t change its collor for pink !

that hair color should be available in character setting tab in f1 menu, did you look in that section yet?

please try to character setting tab in F1 as @GrimgarHaru mentioned above 
if you still have same issue, let us know that 
I tried, and it was not showing anything on the f1 tab , so i re-logged and changed the channel to CH 2 and it worked!
