Bug: I have no face

Date and Time : ‎8‎ aug ‎2015, ‏‎00:50

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Septyni Glen. Near the trees, right after leaving the Gate route. All the other times playing the game, the graphics were just fine.

Bug Description : My face is invisible, but my hair looks ok.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter Septyni Glen coming from the Gate Route.
  2. Walk in the direction of the trees.
  3. No face.

Other variations include missing face only when running, or face texture being magnified 200% so that only the left eyebrow is visible in the middle of the face.

I had a similar problem that my face vanished whenever I attacked.
This seems to happen at random…

I’m sorry, but I’m a computer noob and I don’t know how to find those informations. If you could help me I would be thankful.

No problem. You can either type in “dxdiag” into the search box in your start menu. Or you can rightclickk on “My Computer” and click properties.

I prefer the “dxdiag” method.

Thanks! I found a few informations, but I still didn’t find others (super noob here xD). I hope it’s enough to know something about my computer. If not, I would need more help to find them. x.x

heeeeeelp this is happening to me now and now i can’t log in(chrashes) from my lodge… T_T

In my case it’s the body that’s not there. My archer and swordman are fine but my wizard has no body. I can only see her face, accs and shield… First time happening to me.

my face is invisible but the other animations for walking are fine and i can’t get in a channel because it always crashes while loading…

i logged in and went into my server (varena)
get to the lodge and choose channel

i could play just fine before… except for the lag because of the laptop’s specs…
help pls… there are events going on like the scavenge challenge and the daily mystery deliveries and i can’t even log in… :frowning:

making a new character still doesn’t help… still can’t log in…
made a wizard and still no face… and still crashes right after i enter a channel…
