Bug Description : Impossible to obtain Lake Rafene Claw for the mission ->
The Lake Rafene
Area: Lake Mission

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Have a Hethran Badge lv 2
  2. Obtain the mission Lake Rafene Claw
  3. Go to Lake Mission Saalus
  4. Kill Rafene n times and never get Rafene Claw

The quest completes if you directly enter the Saalus Lake Mission, but not if you queue up. This does make it quite annoying to try and complete the Hethran quest.
