Bug Help Cant Log In Error 4F Royal Masoleum

Help me, i need a GM to help me and my rl friend.

He was farming (doing main quest) at Royal Masoleum, when he got to 4F, he didnt even get in, he got bugged and logged off and now he cant log in.

Few mins after that i went to Royal Masoleum 3F and when i tried to enter 4F, my character bugged and logged off.

Whenever i try to enter world it says: “DBAuthFailed accountID 59749948 or zoneInstanceID 17825793”

Please support of Tree of Savior, i really want to play, you made me addicted to this game now im suffering cuz my character is bugged.

As for your issue, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. For now, we would like to know the Starting City of the character who experience the issue so that we can move your character there. Thank you.

My starting city is Klaipeda
But how will you know which character is mine? Im logged with my facebook on this forum.

EDIT: Nevermind? it let me load in now on Channel one after closing the client twice and attempting again
