Bug Description :

The last day of the reset event i haven’t the potions from the npc, in this date i was testing build and o couldn’t put mi correct build, i was waiting for the potion but these didn’t appears in my inventory, i want get mi older build if it possible.

Looking for your fordward.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Talk with the Npc
  2. get 0 items

I send this tickets 2 times and always i get a generic answer, i want know if it possible get my old build or not, this bug ruin the char D:

Nice try :joy: … but you are stuck with your current build until next reset event or reset voucher gift :+1:

This isn’t a “try”, i only want a real answer and not a generic answer.

I send the fisrt real ticket a few days ago, and when i got a generic answer i send another and i still send ticket until i got a real answer.
