sending a quest and then is bug can’t sending can’t do anything
now can’t login some character in team but not login by Shiro

This is not a BUG, it happens when Steam is Without Connection and u try to change character or change channel

now can’t connection this character but can other character can play in game

Just a quick workaround, not really a fix. When this happens, you can try to go back to Server Selection screen, enter your server, choose the character and enter from a different channel instead. If it says commander error again, just repeat and enter from a different channel until you can get in using that character. But I suggest you send a ticket to IMC via the treeofsavior website if the issue persists.
