Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Do stuff in-game, get achievement points
  2. Go to Wings of Vaivora NPC (I tried the one on Klaipeda city)
  3. Try to get silver rewards
  4. “Hahaha, f*ck lowbies and new players! Bugs like this are part of the hardcore experience!” - Wings of Vaivora NPC, probably
