Bug Description : guess since last patch my character (182lvl monk c2 ) is unable to learn new attributes for his skills. It says for example 40 mins to learn attribute but after that time nothing changes, in skill window you can still see that attribute is in the process but it never finishes ( regardless if im online or not ) . I have no other characters to check if this apllies to other classes but i guess it does since priests attributes are also unavailable for me. FIX
