Rune of Justice need some buff or rework, more loads don’t make that skill strong. If he become a channeling spell like Psychic Pressure or a STRONG single target spell can make him more viable.
Rune of Destruction it’s a rly good spell, some Attribute to buff him will be good.
I thought some possibilites for Rune of Ice:
1 - Lower his cd and duration, something like 15-30s with 45cd.
2 - Full rework, make him a Rune of Improvement,buffing with other styles using different Runes.
Rune of Improvement: 1 lvl (each) (user only) (shared cd)
1-Rune of Ice: Buff ICE spells like rune of ice (60%) and Increase freezing chance.
1.1-attribute to increase ice damage in 20%*attribute lvl (3 lvl)
2-Rune of Fire: Increase FIRE radius and DURATION.
3-Rune of Psychokinesis: Psychokinesis spells ignore some magic defense or something like that.
Attribute: Skilled Casting, that crap need some buff, something like:
1-after cast a rune caster spell, the next rune caster spell have 1%*lvl less cast (doesn’t stack with quick cast).
2-that buff is aplicate after Rune of Improvement cast.
