support skills and gimmick skills have too long of a cooldown, change and resetting should have more overheats

why counterspell at all when safety zone, sterea trofh, mackangdal, ausrine have similar duration but lower cooldown, AND PROTECT AGAINST ALL ATTACKS? only useful in pvp and some niche moments in ET

foretell - one of the worst rank 8 skills! a circle that moves too fast that only gives a 55% chance of blocking attacks at level 5. give it some attributes or something, similar to the merkabah attributes, to make it move slower or give some additional effect!

no real attacking skill; death sentence only works on 1 monster and takes 20 seconds to kill; twist of fate heals the monster back up, and is only useful on mission and dungeon bosses… doesn’t work on field bosses

prophecy, forecast, gender switch and arcane energy are fine… though the damage attributes for forecast and arcane energy are some of the most expensive in the game and yet they do no damage at all??
just look at this
74 million to do… 100 HOLY DAMAGE TO ENEMIES!!!
at level 4, it only does 1 damage to level 1 kepas… false advertisement
prophecy is even worse
at attribute level 14, my prophecy does 4 damage… on level 1 kepas… 
you spend 262 million silver to do damage = to your magic attack… 
imc either rework this class or delete it, oracle is only worth 1 circle for prophecy, forecast and counterspell
