any character play style are buff and debuff ?
Support Cleric tree.
However, my experience as a Cleric/Priest, it is very hard to land the debuff, as it is not a target based, but close range tile based (enemy needs to stand on the tile to enable/stack for the debuff).
You need to try it in order to know if you like it or not.
