Hi, a lot of people are interested in more social functions/portals in the game. I’m suggesting a buddy chat system where you have a common chat with everyone added in your friends list. Of course, like any other chat, it can be toggleable.
From my own experiences, a buddy chat is a great way to meet more people or notice that you’re mutually friends with someone and create different social circles. It’s a more casual and open way of passing a message to your friends as well without needing them to whisper and constantly switch for every person. It’s simply easier to keep up with others, and it’s also a place to throw out party invites for dungeon running and whatnot.
Between party and guild chat, buddy chat is one of my most used chat systems. I’d love to see it implemented in a game that often relies on and encourages party play.
