Bug Description :
BSOD (Blue Screen of Death)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (ndis.sys)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Was playing normally killing some mobs.

did you updated from Window 7 / Window 8.1? or did you made a fresh reinstall?

if you just updated, this problem is probably not related to the Client.
because DRIVER_IRQL_NOTLET_OR_EQUAL means your network drivers have a problem.

  1. Network drivers themselves need to be updated.
  2. 3rd party antivirus or firewall software causing NETBIOS conflicts.

do you use Kaspersky? if so, check for a new version of it.
