Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : controller(xbox one wired)

Bug Description : At random points during the game, my computer will freeze and crash entering the blue screen. This has happened while running around multiple maps, middle of boss fights, and literally 5 minutes of afk after logging in, I’ve reinstalled the game, performed a system restore back a few weeks ago, updated all my drivers, and have even tried playing this game in windowed mode.

  • CPU : Intel core i5 3210M
  • RAM : 6 GB
  • Graphics Card : Intel® HD graphics 4000
  • Mainboard : Asus
  • OS : Windows 10
  • Internet Connection : Comcast Cable

Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated. thank you

it seem your PC has problem.
is it only cause by when you playing this game? or anything you do on PC and it just get randomly blue screen?
try this http://windowsreport.com/kernel-security-check-failure-windows/

This only happens when playing the game. I’ve had the BSOD 7 times now and not once when I wasn’t playing.

you have to check for some outdated driver or corrupted driver, when ToS running, it might using the outdated or corrupted driver and cause blue screen…

I rolled back my xbox one controller to an earlier version. The preinstalled and most up to date version that comes with windows 10 freezes my game up so I had to download an xbox 360 driver instead. I have a feeling that driver I found might be the issue. I’ll report back the next time I get on if that was the case.
