Western ping should hardly be a matter for balance, like in any game, sorry.
Arrow usage is also a non-factor. It is a silver dump, many other classes also use limited resources to play.
How Barbed Arrow does ânegligibleâ damage? It has base damage of 2200~ at level 15 (pretty much all Fletchers are C3 anyways, and if you use your PvE build, well, sorry).
With base atk, weapon atk and enhance attribute it should do around 4k on a plate armor (considering defense and % physical damage reduction) and obviously more on leather and cloth.
Or just get Crossfire at 15. 2k base damage, stronger AoE and chance to burn.
Broadhead is just overshadowing the rest of Fletcherâs kit by being so borderline broken.

Please understand that nerfing Broadhead Arrow will make Fletchers almost useless in TBL. Iâm sure everybody knows Plague Doctor is a hard counter against Fletchers but there are other counters against Fletchers. A scout with Musketeer or Cannoneer can one-hit KO Fletchers also a Rouge with Backstab and Karacha set. Fletchers have low HP so any burst damage and CC will most likely kill Fletchers.
If Broadhead will be nerfed, the nerf should be something like Bloodseekerâs Rupture skill wherein the bleed will only take effect if the other players moves from itâs place. If Broadhead is nerfed, they should strengthen the other Fletcher skill. Divine Machine Arrow is not a status ailment so it should not be blocked by Bloodlet or Prophecy same as the knockback done by Full Draw. Bodkin should disable all magic barriers including Safety Zone. And Magic Arrow should silence any enemy who steps on it.
Add more CON, like everyone else, maybe?

How about if it works somewhat like (Dota2âs) Bloodseekerâs Rupture skill?
Broadhead will still deal full damage but if the target stands still or doesnât run/move around, each tick will only deal a portion (maybe half?) of the full damage.
I mean youâre bleeding badly, it should get worse if you try to move around.
This will make Fletchers NOT a one-skill-wonder class but instead make use of his other skills. Target stays in place? Magic Arrow & DMA comes in.
This will also allow targets to not get helplessly killed especially when thereâs no clerics around and give the a fighting chance (stand still, maybe avoid MA, and return fire). Itâs still gonna suck for melees but details on that has been discussed in other topics (melees in general just have a hard time in TBL).
Dark Theurge is another ridiculously good (and annoying) skill but at least thatâs avoidable by not allowing the WL to get near you unless you got CCâed in the first place. Broadhead is simply drop-and-goodbye.
Broadhead and Revenged Sevenfold continue to dominate the 2v2 ladder with little to no contest. As of right now, the meta has shifted to phase out most necro-kino, but the kabbalist/fletcher dominance remains, now with a splash of cataphract (which keep getting buffed needlessly but thatâs another gripe for another thread.)
These two skills in particular need to be reviewed, badly. When Plague Doctor was new and everyone freaked out about Bloodletting the skill got a massive, crippling nerf, as did Healing Factor. While Healing Factorâs healing was a bit nuts and perhaps that nerf was justified, Bloodletting accomplished very little that Prophecy didnât already for a lower circle (look up the level 2 debuffs, if youâd like. Most of them are buffed rodelero skills that werenât even level 2 debuffs at the time of the bloodletting nerf) and neither of these skills broke TBL anywhere near as badly as Revenged Sevenfold and Broadhead Arrow do.
I realize that R8 is the gameâs focus right now, and that the development team is in a rush to rebalance those skills (the number of knee-jerk changes since R8 hit kToS make this clear) but you really need to address these ones as well. With the insane damage output Broadhead puts out, and the fact that Revenged Sevenfold scales with enemy damage, both of these skills are going to continue to be overpowered long into future circles.
