So… does this little fella actually drop the Brandish recipe? Some have confirmed but not after the patch, and since this drop doesn’t make much sense for a lvl80 monster, I stopped for now at 2K kills. Spawn rate is also not as described, it’s very slow.
Also, market price in Orsha seems way OP at 4M.
Can any of you confirm?
well since very few people farm for stuff like that in NA servers, the prices tend to go up. i think they tinkered the drop rates of items.

Although I do not think I can confirm this as my monster drops do not show recipes if I aquire them from the monster itself, I have recieved a Brandish recipe from it. Although I did not see it drop, when I looked at my inventory it was there, and from there I googled where I got it, and sure it enough it matched the location I got it from along with the monster on the map.
It’s dropped from them since beta, unlikely to have changed suddenly.
Still from Shtayim I believe. The chance for you to get the recipe entirely depends on your luck. Some got it after 2 hours of killing and some got it after 4000+ kills. Read DPK mechanics. So yeah, due to the very low chance for a mob to spawn with the recipe makes people wonder if it really drops from them.
i can confirm this mob drop Brandish since i got mine not so long ago (dropped in july 6th)
and while my shyatim count says 3744 i already have previously like 1324 kills before maintenance, after maitenance i have to “rekill” again a high amount of shyatim because according to the DPK thread the DPK reset after maitenance. i have to call some friends to help me kill shyatim in the lower part of the area and myself on the upper area, to avoid people stealing my drop and to make the kill count needed for brandish faster. i made around 1k+ and my friends another 1k+ of kills and pop. the brandish dropped there
Gotta love that “al fin!”. Willkeep trying then, but i have no helpers at the moment. If thatthread is right, going to the other areas every few minutes would be a good idea, i stay mostly at the starting area with the fastest respawn.
You uh…ever plan on using those exp cards? lol damn.
and i still have more and im level 129 witn my alt and i have only used xp 1 and xp 2 cards. and im still doing monster killing map exploring on each map i visit, along with their quests. i dont know when to use them. if i use all what i have right now i reach lvl 162 and i would still have the quests in main chamber, green manor quest line, demon prison… and so on… and on. i want to use them when i hit lvl 160 but dunno if it possible since i still need to grind to lvl 150 to do that.
are you not following any guides? I mean if you use one like this:
You can start burning through your cards till you get to a point where you need to be saving them again. I mean you really don’t need to grind much before level 200 at all…
oh yeah im following the quest image guide for leveling since i have one char at lvl 230. im just experimenting the difference on doing the kill count from lvl 1 to 160 and then pop up muy cards. according to a calculator if i reach lvl 160 and use all the current cards i have i would get lvl 182 just with them. so pretty much :T im just a sadistic doing this i guess.
Oh… i got a brandish recipe there near the entrance portal… sold it for 1.1m in market 
Man I would’vebought that without a second thought. 4M in orsha is the lowest I’ve seen.

4.5K kills, confirmed it doesn’t register in the jounal, confirmed dropping after the patch, confirmed hard to lose your DPK if you cover 1 full respawn and half of the other lol.

Yes it drops Brandish Recipe im sure of it 100% took me 3hrs more or less to drop one, I dont really count kills because i was able to drop 2 battle bracelet while killing 1st galok then the 4th galok drops again its more of a chance drop but amount of kill will help in increasing the chance. Making every kill is a chance drop.
So you may drop in a single kill or in thousands.
lucky, in total i probably spent 10+ hours. Still better than farming bees, considering the current price.
