you think you have bad luck? i have 381 galok leathers and those drop at about the same rate as that recipe while the battle bracelet drops 3x less often than that

I got this just randomly questing. Actually from a quest on the 4F because it spawned mobs en mass from the 3F. Random Brandish recipe ftw.
it is not that easy to obtain drop rate consider this is poisson distribution
