Mainly what I want to know is if swordman are worth right now as a dps class (I read theyre tank only atm) and Also wanted to know how good the inquisitor will be and if its worth it (wanted on parties, or would people prefer taoist) Also id love if you guys could share some builds on these two. If you have read enough in this forum u would know people always say swordsmen are ■■■■. But dont let them tell you what to do if you want to try swordsman, seems that people are saying rank 8 will improve swordsman. Inquisitor is mainly a physical anti magic class so im guessing monk and pala would have better synchronization with inquisitor in terms of stats.
Im not too good myself but maybe cleric2>priest2>monk3>inqui? Or paladin instead if monk?
Diev is a viable choice in between too i guess.

Taoist buffs zaibas so krivis is a must. Not sure is it entirely necessary for krivis 3 though, you can play around with that. Seems krivis diev or krivis paladin can lead to taoist
So is Taoist better or more needed than inquisitors?
Taoist has good support skills like hiding the team, giving resistance and buffing lightning dmg. Inquisitor is basically an antimage im not sure how fun the wheel will be hahaha.
So the inquisitor right now is a coin toss, it could turn useful or useless right?
Well i would rather not make any assumptions until the class is out. Real experience beats theory
A class is as as useful as you make it.
My main is currently a level 231 Dragoon and I’m pretty happy with it. I do fine in parties and contribute great damage. Solo isn’t amazing against magic and archer enemies but we might see slow improvements on that with gear.
My other character in progress will be an Inquisitior and I’m going the Paladin route on it instead of Monk. Videos from kToS can shed a little light on possible combinations, but rank 8 is still pretty new to them. It takes time to work a character up to that rank anyway, so I’d suggest starting a build and character now; and keeping an eye on developments for the new classes.
swordsman will be fine once Rank 8 hits next month.
inquisitor skills are mostly magick damage skills (only god smash is physical dmg) so i duno what builds to go with it.
