1.) In the character selection screen, did you see anything in your mail?
2.) If not, this would probably best be handled through the support tab of the website. You can submit a ticket there.
3.) When filling out a ticket, it would probably be best to put a screenshot of the email you received from steam confirming your purchase, in addition to explaining the situation.
theres nothing in my mail on tos and on the tp icon inside the game… ive sent some report on thier email to… i hope theyll notice this…
