Bought recipe on market and didn't receive the item. What should I do?

Hey Guys,

I just bought a recipe for the Iron Bow on the Market for 3k silver. The money got out form my char but I didn’t receive the item. What should I do now? Is this the correct place to repair that?

I didn’t risked another buy since it can happen again and was my first buy on market. I know 3k sound cheap, but I’m on early game and have very little time to play over the week, so this have big impact on my play, specially because I don’t know if it will happen again, making 6k less on my money.

Have you checked the “Retrieve” section? (Sorry for this question, but it is just to make sure.)

You Sir, are a life savior :grin: I feel kind of stupid right now, but I really didn’t know about the “Retrieve” area. I’m fairly new to the game. The item was there, thanks a lot :DDDDD
