Bought DLC Packs but cannot obtain items?

Anyone else have the same issue? I bought both DLC packs and cannot access the items anywhere.

When you’ve your Steam open, did it downloaded the Dlcs like this ?

Yes, and it took the money from my bank account already…

I did…it’s not there.

Try to close Steam and open again the game.
If it’s not working then send a ticket to IMC and Steam.

It seems this time the DLC packs are server specific? Might be the issue. This was not the case with the Founder’s Packs.
