Bought costume bundle on wrong char

Hey as the title said, I didnt thnk ahead and accidently bought the new wonderland costume bundle on wrong char. Is there anyway you could help me transfer it to my other char? I havent opened it and if any IMC staff could help me out i would appreciate it. I’ll pm you the info when you require it and if you can help me. Either way i would appreciate respons regarding this matter so i know if I can get assistance or not.

Thanks =)

Hi @fredrik-mossberg! Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with your issue. The costume you have purchased is bound to the character that obtained it upon purchase.

Even though its still in the package? Haven’t opened it as in such i haven’t claimed the costume yet.

Guess not though, anyway thanks for your respons

have you tried passing that package over team storage?

Yea didnt work =/

Oh well guess i’ll have an extra costume for my wizzy class then. Or if i ever make a new one i guess i can transfer it to him xD

Aren’t we able to trade costumes already except for job quest ones or are the new costumes really untradeable? Just unpack the package and trade the set by piece.

well when you open the package you get the costume for that specific class that opens it. I wanted female swordsman but since i accidentally bought it on my wizard class I’m stuck with the wizzy costume instead

Oh, sorry didn’t know class-specific packages work like that. Good to know.

Classic example of how IMC can show goodwill and assist player getting what they wanted, keeping customer happy and all.

But IMC say “No way man, aint gonna reverse that yo! Now buy more TP and feed me moer ~”

It’s your own fault for buying things with eyes closed, why should IMC waste time to refund you or help transfer, entitled spoilt brat

Please kindly top up more TP so you can buy it on the correct character. Thank you.

Yes, why not implement this now…
