Bought 3 DLC last april but won't be able to play until decembet

As the topic says, I’ve bought 3 DLC’s which are the founder’s pack last april but due to some personal circumstance I won’t be able to play till december. The problem here now is IMC have removed the dlc’s from the steam store and the ability to redeem the ingame items from the dlc’s. I bought the dlc’s so whenever I play tos I can claim the perks from the packs but obviouly now I can’t. I know you guys will tell me just to file a ticket but I can’t since I don’t have the hardware to play tos yet, meaning, I can’t make a virtual character and when I try to file for a ticket it is asking me for a team name, character name & server. Is there any other way to contact imc support aside from the system?. I haven’t even started playing the game yet I am already losing my intetest due to lack of support

I would blame you… Why on earth would you buy a game you can not Play and have to wait until christmas for your mommie and daddy to buy you a new one… I dont feel bad reason why… I would never buy a ps4 game for my xbox one because my ps4 can not run the game… Same ■■■■ deal with you you didnt think before you acted.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I’m building a new rig which I reckon would finish by december. Would
Want to tell you the specs but it would appear that I’m boasting :joy: Sorry but I’m not like you who is fully dependent with mum and dad for everything :joy:

I was lead to believe if you had the DLCs you could download any time, but that may be because you didn’t claim them. Try filing a help ticket or contact the Staff_Max, he’s pretty active.

Thanks for the sensible reply, unlike the #### head up there.

I just want to know how can I secure my purchase and the items I’m supposed to get. Cheers buddy

All I can say is welcome to ToS forums. There is a plethora of negativity around here, but there are good folks too.
