This happened to me on my last purchase, the TP was recharged some minutes later. I’d suggest you to wait a little longer, if the TP doesnt get recharged, try contacting them through ticket.

Tive o mesmo problema, efetuei a compra pela steam, recebi todos os emails de confirmação, inclusive o de aquisição de TP pro servidor, porém os TPs não aparecem no jogo.
