Bought the $9 TP package on Steam and completed purchase. However, don’t see how to apply this to ToS. All Steam says on the page for the 100 TP bundle is that it is in my inventory.

Click on the golden TP button. Right there.
You should see the option to redeem it.
Just make sure you bought it for the right server!
I think you should make a small guide with images and post (on the site/forum, as well as making Steam put it on the TP shop [if possible]).
Well, anyone can make it to be honest. We just need to let this be more visible.
Even though there is a small tutorial in-game, this is the 4th person (or 3th) (that I saw, and answered). And you don’t always get that loading screen.
Not a complaint. But I think it would be better to have this, so the people wouldn’t have to come to the forums to ask about it.
