Yep, Same problem here @ Orsha, And I also have personally sent a ticket too, actually 2 tickets because IMC staff doesn’t seem to know how to properly navigate their own Games&Website

I believe that it is because of the spam, not sure.
But you can’t even right click on the message to block?
We were unable to right-click it, but that could also be because of the squire blocking the way. Cannot say for sure until we find a better test case
Right click on msg, you can block from there and also report.
It won’t work. We tried that.
And now their spam is so bad, the All chat box bugs out and jumps back to their posts when you try to type and enter a message into guild or anything else. Its like they hacked us to always see their ad spam.

I finally saw one and I see what he meant by unable to block. I was able to right click the message but there was no “Block” button, juust a report button. There is “Unblock” but how could that be since its the first time I’m seeing the player? Doesn’t make sense
Speaking of nameless bots, anyone around here getting whispers from nameless teams without any messages in them? or is it a bug?

I’ve been getting that too on Orsha server.
As a small update to this report:
The bots have found a way to tag themselves as my team ID
The attached screenshot will show the bot spam whisper tagged under Team Name: Esrevni which is mine. This prevents me from blocking them

Yeah I reported this a while back, but couldn’t make an image as steam was buggy and denying me my images. I also didn’t want to post an image with my own team name being used as it would be like reporting myself, even though I myself am not the bot.

We have the same problem in Orsha server:
even when you find the bot it cant block them because on the right click option appears to be a blank space which make them impossible to block. i tried to block him by clicking on the obvious name that bot have but even that the bot keep spamming the message.
Please Dont ignore Orsha, the server have been so unstable lately that its impossible to play.

Hey,
I was thinking, isn’t there an option to go after the websites of these sellers? Maybe flag them in Google, report to their hosting company/ISP as illegal or something. Or maybe IMC can send C&D letters to them.
Even if just one site / seller closed up shop, would mean a better place 
I have unfortunately run into this as well. I just don’t use my chat anymore. If you’re not on Discord, I can’t hear/read you.
If the GMs need an actual example, the same archer bot spammer with no name has been in Orsha Channel 1 for days already (Telsiai Server)
At least ban this thing please
