Bot user abuse my play so much (video evidences included)

Bot Familiy’s name : MooNni, mooney 1, mooney 3 , mooney 4 and mooney 5

But I believe he has more bot account with the same name mooney

Notice* : Can u please ban these bot users as fast as possible because
these bots destroy my game play and other players. When i play myself to farm this bot can farm with our tried.
**************** And when someone farming MoonNi always send 1 bot (family name star-3 but not in vids) to destroy my farming. If some GM is free pls always come to Royal Musoleum Worker Lodge and Royal Mausoleum Storage to ban them out of this game.

Hi @aidenkub We have investigated these players and we believe that they are not using bot programs. Thank you anyway for reporting them to us.

@GM_Francis Regard if u just come and ask him he is bot or not he can answer you becuase he’s alway in main character. It’s ok this must ruin the game. But in My vids it shows u that he is absolutely bot

IMC is like Science. Science cant prove anything and can only make conclusions base on experiments and observations. However, science can disprove a theory. IMC can’t prove a player is a bot. They make conclusion based on ‘report evidence’. The so-called evidence players can provide are observation or patterns in the form of video or text description which usually isnt convincing. It is easy to disprove a bot report. If the player isnt moving, then the report is not true because the player isnt doing anything, so he is not botting. In fact you can’t call that as botting. What the player in the video did is multiclient. Dont expect IMC to deal with multiclient. They can’t. There is always the possibility of those ‘players’ are real players or legally run the game from different devices. Besides, there is no rule saying multiclient is not allowed. Have fun.

You can observe them that they can move to somewhere as group 1 person cant do that or multi client cant do that. While he was farming at Royal Mausoleum Storage he can use 1 character to destroy machine at Royal Musoleum Worker Lodge if multi client can do this thing i wish i can use it too.
How can both character or more move in the same time ?

BTW It’s ok just let this go. THIS GAME IS DYING ANYWAY. I WILL JUST POST THIS TOPIC IN REDDIT AND OBSERVE HOW PLAYER THINK ABOUT THIS

Even if the 4 are not. The main character in vids is absolutely clear HE IS A BOT. I GAVE UP ON IMC. DYING GAME WITH CLEAR EVIDENCE BOT USER
