Bot Report - Suggestions

IMC Games thanks a lot for implementing Bot Report function in-game, but there still are some flaws.

Lacking of Chat Bot Report. Do you know where are those bots who love to spam on shout? no? me neither! so, we could right-click their message and report them! Are you in a city and there are 5 bots spamming? so I still have to find them to report, so it will help a lot.

Report + Block function. This one is obvious, just give an option to block and report altogether. Report Bot -> wanna block?(y/n) quick and simple.

Keep the good work IMC! I know the game still has a lot of problems but I can see how hard you guys are working to fix everything!

I seriously want instant results for this “Report Bot” function. This function should be taken seriously and respected by ALL players. This bot issue will continue on being parasites in F2P so this better have INSTANT results.

  1. Report Bot function should pop up a “Captcha” to those who are reported and will have 30 seconds to comply.

  2. Those who fail to comply will result to a permanent ban that can only be lifted by the staff if proven innocent upon investigation.

  3. The player is eligible for the ban if he/she is attacking targets / moving. Reports on “AFK” players will not count.

  4. Abuse of such function will result to a 24 hour ban. Screenshots will serve as evidence if the player was reported in town or queueing for a dungeon OR being used as a distraction in PVP / Duel.

  5. Report Bot should also work on shout.

  6. The player who reports someone suspicious should post a screenshot or video (if possible) of him/her investigating the person before doing the report to avoid conflict for #3. How do you investigate?

*Player is attacking very far from target.

*Player is “teleporting” around.

*Player doesn’t respond to chat. Not just an ordinary chat but a conversation.

If the bots manage to bypass these functions then its up to you people to improvise. Bot free games means more players. You also need to investigate players who purchase silvers.
