I was recently provided with report bot rewards. Thus was planning on using it on a later date. It might be a bug but it seems like it is not on my letters anymore. I was able to use one exp but that is it. Kinda sad. Can you help me with this one? I was about to send a ticket but it might be a bot, plus ticket wont let me send one as it states that I need to authenticate my steam.

Please read the announcement regarding the Bot Classifier update. The mail you’re refereing to was only applicable to those who were mistakenly banned in the announcement. These items were mistakenly distributed to many players in error, they have been re-collected again.
If you were someone who was on the list, it’s best to contact a member of support about this issue, and inquire further for a resolution.
