Bot report is not working?

Well i obviously reported these bots a few weeks ago, and they are still freely roaming around, Any GM that can see this post?

• Server : Varena

• Team Name : btar, Elsiea, Staceya, adsw4a5

• Location : Tenet Church 1F

• Approximate date / time (EDT) : 10:46PM, 9:49PM (Obviously it’s 24/7 i do stuffs, sleep then i comeback, they are still there.)

• Evidence: They only have 1 achievement, Hunter.

Thank you for bringing this to us and providing evidence. We will look into the user’s activity and if the user is indeed a bot, we will take the necessary measure against the user.
