Logged in this afternoon for a while, saw the compensation and decided to wait till night to claim, came back and found that it’s gone, some of my friends even received 2 tokens in total. Is this an error or something?
it happens to me too!
i saw the reward a minute ago, and i clicked received reward at the character lodge.
when enter the game and check my inventory, the compensation is not inside ;/
I have a different issue, clicked to claim but i see nothing on any of my characters and the message disappeared. Anyone else?
i reported many bots, and i just logged in game to check mail. nothing is there!!

I have the same issue. I tried to get the Token 1st but it’s not working so i decided to reconnect. But after I log-in, the items were not there anymore. I also checked my other characters if they have it, but none.
It was the topic I opened, I think a mod deleted it because they…uhh gave compensation to the wrong people i guess?

I do think this is rather important because the message that we get though character lodge are not logged. I have received quite a few message regarding maintenance remittance but they get discarded as soon as I acquire the rewards.
I dont know if my assumptions are correct: anyone knows if TP sales is done through lodge messaging, if it is, we should be able to see it as a proof of receipt yes?

They can’t just sweep it under the rug like this. A few friends of mine received not just one, but TWO compensation while mine just vanishes. I wouldn’t care if it’s exp tomes or what not but these are tokens we’re talking about here.

I’ve found out that it’s not for us, but for the wrongfully banned in the SEA servers. Just like the recent announcement said~
I’d probably apologize on my part because I thought it was for something else, too. ^^;;
