100% his is using marco or auto clicking program

Marco or auto click system are allowed in TOS?

Ive seen a few sorcerers buy a bunch of potions and just stand around using a potion every x amount of time so their summons kill everything. Its pretty easy to do since summons use a percentage of sp so you can time the macro really easily.
