It’s a SR botting at Outer Wall 13. Doesn’t respond. Equips almost broken. Shoots at nothing, buffing himself every 5 or 10 seconds and seems it can go invisible at some times turning difficult to follow.

Also his names implies botting, because necromancer was always a problematic class at the beggining of the game.
