Some bosses spam reflect shield, invincibility, or use skills which make them invincible - impossible to kill. Hopefully plague doc r8 could remove their buffs.

Agreed. I soloed Poata and the Tree yesterday without problem as a Soppel while my teammates were dying one after another. The most annoying thing was Poata claw knock back when I didn;t have Pain Barrier.
130 rush solo is becoming more and more annoying for my QS3. The Harpeia keeps spamming her shield. I have to deal like 50k damage to take the shield off while HL3 can use Skull Swing to ignore it
Fletcher Bodkin Point (0 CD skill) removes the shield (and treeboss shield) too. Devs have truly made fletcher the #1 bossing class. You don’t want to fight worldboss harpeia when it shield spams.
Now I’m tempted to make a Fletcher. Something like A2>Sap2>Fletcher 3 will be ideal.
MY 130 slave is a QS3, I have to deal like 50k damage to each shield to peel it off. And GOD DANG IT! SHE FREAKING REFRESHES HER SHIELD WHILE THE PREVIOUS SHIELD IS STILL ON.
My worst run ever yesterday, 6 times shield on in a row. Not to mention 3 Zaibas on my head instantly
Honestly it seems like a change to discourage solo ‘rushes’ of dungeons. The spirit of the instances is to be doing them as a group, and I am certain it is easy enough to find a group of people looking to boss rush, especially for cards.
Dungeons are fine, but missions are pain to do with bosses spamming skills and knock back.
As for dg rush, who cares. These annoyance will add at most 2-3 more minutes each run for me. Not a big deal
To sum it up, its another nasty bash at the whole Swordman class and a major annoyance to many clerics.
With my PD, many skills of questbosses were annoying cause they just wasted time without changing the outcome of the battle. Cleric2 has so much healing to be called unkillable, therefoe a spam of stun/knockdown/knockback is just there for uber frustration. IMC logic ftw!
And swordman already has enough problems with being weak and useless. Do they need to be kicked even more while already lying on the ground?
If this was an attempt to make players party up for questing, it is so badly done, people will be more repelled than anything. With freaking empty servers, the frustration will build up. Hence, many zones especially past lvl100 are empty exept for yourself when you enter them. How are you supposed to complete your quests?
And the skillspam is not just time wasting, it can turn into a major problem. Imagine two Siau bosses at the end nailing the whole party against a wall with knockdown spam. Even ,thought unbreakable, PDs cant stand that.
Did a few dungeon and mission runs with Cleric-type char.
Spamming AoE and knockdown are not that much of an issue. You can jump around nonstop which kinda negate the enemy skill anyway. Even if they spam more, if you time it right, it won’t hit. Even Poata scream is dodgable with jump although it will only work 60-70% of the time because it’s a multi-hit and this game doesn’t update that fast. Kinda like why the golem sometime still hit you with the slam even if you jump for ages already. But if you do get the first hit to miss, the rest will likely miss.
Also, Safety zone exists. Even in Siau with the Poata constantly screaming, I just run into it, Safety Zone and Heal it in the face. I don’t even bother healing allies cause most DPS suck at dodging and can’t DPS anyway. It’s so much better to have it attack than to run around because the one aggroing it is doing a poor job and pulling it out of the cure area.
If they fix this in the future, just apply it to the shield only. That’s the only real thing that you can’t counterplay. You can only have someone break it which is dumb.
no one wants to spam-jump. if they want to add more damage and difficulty (but are to lazy to make the instance/ai clevererer) all they would have to do is have strong large mobs lead a raid in during the fight. maybe include more varied stats, what’s the point of having so many different stats when bosses just have attack and hp.
