Boss difficult need more challenger

could put a little more difficult bosses , because they are either easy something like Dark Souls II that there is more challenge.

i think it was john or ethan that said with the way the system is designed for monsters they cant change bosses much from what they are.

also, you cant compare a semi-singleplayer game like Dark Souls to a MMORPG

This is the 20th Thread about this if you count since CBT1 plus Reddit. Like aways I’ll say what I aways say, they just need to improve Bosses’ reaction time + cast time + damage, and nerf their HP.

How they are now = HP sponges…

How they should be = Killing machines with exploitable weakness and dies relativily fast, but require skill and coordenation to beat it.

yes that what i want… but that is the problem of many people who only look at what they have and not in other solutions , I’m not saying that it must be done as Dark Souls II was only a reference

Dark Souls dont have the same limitations a MMORPG has, so while they could make it harder, depending on what they do, it would affect performance in a negative way.

Dark Souls can do what it does cause it doesnt have to accommodate for 10, 20, 30 or sometimes 40+ people

friend… I think you’re wrong analyzing what I’m trying to say … no one is saying using or compare with tree dark souls of savior . I mean only their bosses the dynamic…

thats what im saying, the more advanced the bosses become, the harder it is to code without losing performance when you have more people, thats why a MMORPG is alot harder to make advanced boss fights compared to single player games

ok you are ignorant as I see that you drown in a single drop of water,
want a greater example, Ragnarok bosses are much more difficult than in tree of savior

you’re still comparing two completely different games, and older games didnt require as much processing power for AI, animation and network as newer games does.

so maybe you’re a bit ignorant as well

really the only thing that say about of dark souls was how difficult the bosses is. that is a challenge if not the game itself …

  2. @Skrunken has explained the problem correctly to you multiple times about altering boss mechanics. In the current system the only thing that can be changed is stats for artifical difficulty.

  3. Ragnarok bosses are “hard” due to excessive stats. Dark souls bosses are “hard” due to mechanics. They both provide different types of difficulty so you are not being clear about your asking, and you have the nerve to call someone else ignorant.
