Bug Description : Quest bugged say the channel is full when try to entering visit the Boruta

- All connection internet is ok, nothing wrong, no lag just quest bugged, tried changed channel not worked, tried comeback after few days not worked, bugged since last patch update, pls fix it i need the seal of swordman for my character, ty
