Bokor Zombie Pve Build

Hello, i’m looking for a nice pve zombie bokor build, also need some advice on the stats, i guess put atleast 50% on spr for the zombies and the rest on con?

maybe something like this?

thanks in advance

almost forgot to ask, what kind of armor would be nice for a build like this?

no point in taking kabbalist really, should go plague doctor to synergise with bokor debuffs

I think Bwa Kayiman scales with STR so maybe leave that at 1 skill point just for getting your zombies to follow you quicker.

Think the dude your looking for is @sixaxis as from what i have read he really knows his stuff when it comes to bokor.

Putting all your points in SPR and CON is a bad idea especially if you wanna do PVE.

Based on your skill allocations, you should build STR/DEX with a little in CON/SPR

  • If you’re doing the zombie train, you don’t need to lvl Ogouveve. It scales with INT and makes your zombie’s attacks AoE, but they won’t be attacking.
  • Another option is to go INT/SPR. You’d need to take away from Bwa Kayiman and some from Zombify to max Effigy, but you’d tear apart bosses.
  • Maxing Zombify is a little excessive unless you plan to use Damballa a lot, in which case max it lol (take away from Zombify or Ogouveve)
  • Put 5 points into Divine Stigma - it’s crazy good trust me. Zalciai doesn’t scale well with level so I recommend taking from that. You could even take it from Daino since there are very few situations where you’d need that many buffs.
  • As previously mentioned, go Plague Doctor. Krivis+Bokor have debuffs. PD is about dat debuff lyfe.

with spr/int and maybe a little con?

Summoned! \o/

Pre-post edit: Lmao so salty. I was on the last line of the first build you posted, and then you responded with your new build before I could press ‘Reply’. I literally tasted salt in my mouth after seeing that.

@Razzaman Between your choices of Kabbalist and Plague Doctor, Kabbalist isn’t so bad as it has synergy with Revenged Sevenfold affecting Zombies and Merkabah’s Petrify applying on enemies that are Hex’d. But the downside is that those skills have long cooldowns, and unless I’m mistaken, the level reduction skills aren’t even AoE (You didn’t get them anyway though).

So comparing the 2, Kabbalist isn’t bad, but Plague Doc is overall better (This is coming from someone going for Kabbalist hoping it’ll get buffed someday). Hopefully it’ll get buffs to its skills in the near future so they’re more even.

And now your build:

Your stats: Can’t recommend investing into SPR only for the Zombies because it doesn’t seem to boost their HP enough to make it worthwhile, and definitely not that much SPR/CON for a DPS. I’d recommend focusing on INT and then evening out between CON and SPR to a certain extent.
20% CON (Up until you feel like you have enough HP to easily survive)
60% INT
20% SPR (Up to a maximum of 100 points into SPR)
(1:3:1 everytime you have 6 Status Points to spend)

  • Cleric C1

  • If you’re including at least 20% of SPR into your build, consider taking 1 point out of Cure and placing it into Deprotected Zone.

  • Krivis C1

  • Zalciai should never be leveled past 3, and it should only be leveled up to 3 because of the Attribute that boosts Crit by up to 100 points that’s only unlocked @ Lvl 3 Zalciai. Remove 2 points from Zalciai, and place them into Aukuras. Aukuras decreases the time it takes for your HP Recovery effect to kick in, and it also sends a debuff to nearby monsters which can be used with Incineration.

  • Bokor C1

  • You only used 11 of your 15 points for this Circle. Place the remaining 4 into Hexing, because you can’t use Effigy if there isn’t an enemy nearby that has the Hexing debuff on it.

  • Bokor C2

  • With your 4 points from the last Circle now in Hexing, this leaves Zombify at Lvl 8 until Circle 3. Otherwise, this is fine.

  • Bokor C3

  • Zombify:
You don’t need max points in Zombify, as you have no way to actively keep that many Zombies alive. At least Priest C2 is needed to reasonably keep 19 Zombies out. Increase Zombify only to 11 and you’ll have 15 Zombies which you can use for Damballa.
    [Current free points: 4]

  • Ogouveve needs to be at least Lvl 1 (And no more than Lvl 1) because it increases the STR of your Zombies by 50% of your INT, and casts a debuff on nearby enemies which you can use with Incineration.
    [Current free points: 0]

  • Damballa:

  • As stated above, you don’t have a way to keep that many Zombies alive. You also went C3, and in a C3 Zombie build, you should be investing into Damballa too. Zombies exploded by Damballa have a chance of creating another Zombie or even 2 of them in its place, so it’s not a total loss. Damballa to 5! 4!
**[Current free points: 0; Damballa cannot be leveled]

Well, now Damballa can’t be leveled since we’re out of points, so you have to make a choice:

  • Leave Damballa at Lvl 1, which takes a lot of damage away from your final build, but allows you to keep your other skills as they are.

  • Remove 4 points from Samediveve, and place them into Damballa OR Remove 3 points from Samediveve, place them into Damballa, and hunt a Damballa Gem from the monster Siaulamb Shaman in the map Uskis Arable Land.

  • Krivis C2

  • Same thing as Krivis C1 for the Zalciai skill. Remove 7 points from Zalciai.
    [Current free points: 7]

  • Divine Stigma

  • Just had a debate over Divine Stigma’s usefulness in another thread, and as much as I’d hate to have the same thing happen over here, I have to say it again: Divine Stigma is underwhelming @ the Rank 7 stage.
Not saying you should get rid of it completely, as it’s okay to leave it at Lvl 2 in this build for Incineration and the party buff which is something, but those 3 points are better off in Aukuras. So -3 points from Divine Stigma, and +3 points into Aukuras.

  • Plague Doctor

  • Consider taking 1 point out of Bloodletting for Fumigate. Other than that, this is fine.

Final build:

I feel like I’m forgetting something really important…

Have fun in-game. \o

Take priest over Krivis the reason is because priest ability’s benefit from SPR also.
