Is it always a must to get pd if i want bokor??
I know about pandemic…
But i think Hexing 9 sec cd is just fine to spread Effigy
What do u think about non PD bokor?
well . get pardoner instead for Discerning Evil ! 
I went PD for the extra damage with incineration and discern evil
Since you wont have enough mana to reliably kill 2-3 groups of 100k mobs before your SP pot finishes its cooldown
Mana problem can be dealt with choosing Kabbalist for rank 7 instead of PD, as Ein Sof passive skill for lvl 3 is to recover SP. I use it to spam Effigy freely. Currently loving it.
oh yeah that can work too but its a 1min CD, I dont have both PD and Kabbalist to test which is better tho for the uptime.
but im liking pandemic hex spread alot
