BM looking for gems and cards advice

Long story short, I come back after 2 years and now Im feeling a bit lost

I left after dinging 2x lvl 330 char and in the middle of Solmiki grinding (burnout)

My man had a full leather lolo set (plus windrunner) 2x phada/sissel, max peta, practorium purple xbow and practorm orange gun.

I founded already an asio pistol, and one of my two mains will be the 1st char to exp out as a linker/thauma/BM to found myself while I figure out what build I would like to play.

Im pretty lost after the armor changes, gems changes, and cards changes, so I would like to know what cards and gems I should use on myself.

Guessing yellow gems on weapons atm are no worth it, so shuld be max red gems. Boots with Crit rate seems must, no idea if I should go evasion or magic def or phisical def on top//bottom.

Cards: ppl on boards talk a lot about the bleeding proc plus bleeding dmg combo or the poison variance, but wich one is better for BM? Blue and purple cards I have NO clue, should it be Nuaele and Elleganos?

Back in the day for DPS it was just all Glassmole (or minus 1 Nuaele) or werewolf for Rogue builds. I have both set 8x at lvl 10 but looks like its time to move on :stuck_out_tongue:

I know that SP on kill cards are also viable, but they are better in single spots and since I dont know ANYTHING about the actual game I would rather go for a good general set of cards for boss and farming, at least at the beginning!

Thx for the help in advice

For gems, you want greens for the increased crit rate and Evasion (Scout’s whole defensive layout is centered around dodging rather than absorbing damage).

As for cards, Glass Moles are still solid. Skills are more taxing than they used to be thanks to SPR no longer affecting your max SP (Feels kinda similar to way back in the day when you’d run a dungeon with a good chunk of your blue bar missing most of the time). You’ll be popping pots pretty frequently so the 30% bonus damage will apply often.
