Blue Radar-Looking Ability

I saw someone in District Prison 2 running around with a big blue circle under them that had a sort of radar animation (IE: a line sweeping around it.) The user was killing enemies while moving on a mount at the same time in said blue radar aoe. (IE: as soon as mobs entered it, they took damage.)

Does anyone know what this skill/ability is?

There are, sadly, no more mounted classes in the Archer tree. However, since Dead Zone is essentially a “buff that deals damage”, it can be “used” while mounted.
