I was 6 missions in Mercenary Post and did not appear in achievement for blue hair. It is bugged?
Curious as well. There’s nothing else we have to do, is there? To be specific, I ran the Siauliai mission three times and none of them have counted toward the blue hair achievement. It’s still 0/25.
Merc Missions are not ‘Party’ Missions. there is a seperate NPC for those and you need to be in a party to accept them.

Ahh sorry, could you elaborate a bit more? Is the separate NPC for these party missions also in the Mercenary Outpost, or elsewhere?
Yes, it is Receptionist Liam who gives the party quests. he will tell you it cant be done alone if you talk to him when your not in a party.
