Blossom slash skill gem

I saw post in ktos thread that skill gems that put in weapon and sub weapon have no effect. Is that true? if thats true, where will I put my Blossom slash gem?

All the skills gem equip options will goes directly onto armor. Goddess armor will have 2 slots each (8 gems in total). This included previous gem that can only be equipped on weapon. You can equip those onto the armor in the future goddess update.

you can’t equip skill gem on weapon in goddess gear
